Date of stay: 27.10.2023 Room: bougenvellia. 1st of all its not an hotel. Its a luxury homestay.there is also no proper restaurant. Hospitality poor. Room service ok. Very cold welcome ( as such no proper welcome at all, no welcome drinks served) No one brifed about the property rules while check in. Charged 1500 rupees as fine for smoking in the bathroom.( Which was mentioned in the reception are in a very small notice that i overlooked while checking in). Behaviour of Jitendra ji is very rude. You have to order your dinner within 6pm. We checked in at 5.15pm and we had to decide our dinner menu before we could freshen up after a long journey. Very very limited breakfast spread. Rooms are huge and very well decorated. U get a bedroom, a dinning room and a massive bathroom with modern amenities. Food is finger licking good. Verdict: an overpriced homestay with huge rooms in a peaceful neighborhood with tasty food.

Nice hotel in a gated community with a great pool and rooftop. They also serve food if you tell the owner early enough. We had a romantic rooftop dinner. The only downside was that our room was lacking a bit of privacy since the path to the entrance was next to our window. But it was possible to pull down the window shades. The upstairs rooms have great views.

Nice, clean and very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The host was also very friendly. The breakfast was decent. The accommodation is located within a gated community behind the Umaid Bhawan. It was quiet and secure. However, on the other side, it's a bit far from the centre. In my opinion, the price range of the accommodation was quite high. One if the best experience during our stay was when we met another guests and had a nice conversation during breakfast.

We stayed there for two night in July 2022. It is currently the best hotel/Guest House we had so far in India, first time proper hot shower. As it was off season and all the rooms were free we were even upgraded to a bigger room. We loved to stay at this place with a lovely and tasty breakfast, home made. We did not have the chance to dinner there as we wanted to try local restaurants but without any doubt it would have been delicious. The pool is cleaned everyday as well as the room. We highly recommend this place.

Memorable stay at The Almond Tree Jodhpur 10.0 Reviewed November 15, 2022 We stayed at this hotel for two days in Nov. 22, and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was a VIP Suite. It was huge, quite comfortable and reminded me of a five star hotel room (only thing lacking was a fridge). Hotel staff is very supportive and genial ; and they made our stay memorable. Full attention is paid to cleanliness. Food is also very delicious. You can use swimming pool and terrace garden (which is amazing). Location is ideal if you prefer a peaceful place away from traffic noise, but the only drawback is that you have to use a vehicle every time for going out to city and coming back, and local conveyance is quite costly. However, if you have your own vehicle then it becomes very convenient. A special thanks to the owner Mr Chetan Bakshi who takes personal interest in day to day activities and is a very helpful person. Overall, it was a unique experience and I will recommend it without any hesitation. Vinaya Proothi

Ever wanted a vacation home where the rooms are cozy, the food is lip smack'n good, the view from the terrace is amazing, the terrace has a sauna and a candle light dinner setup and the staff is amazingly helpful? Well that is Almond tree for you. We had extremely high expectations from this property and it delivered on all fronts. The staff accommodated our late check in request and coordinated with us for preparing our dinner - one which blew our mind away upon arrival with it's taste. The rooms were clean and tidy and well equipped with every essential and toiletry that one would need during their stay. The house keeping staff was prompt and cleaned our room every day. The chefs made us some very good breakfast and dinner and we had the best bonfire here. The rooms are nicely built to help keep one warm even during the chilly winters of Jodhpur. All of this being said, there were a few issues with the property but nothing that should stop you from coming over here: 1. The walls are thin and the voices from the other rooms can be annoying 2. The location is a little far from all of the major tourist attractions and the city in general so finding an Ola/Uber can be challenging but the hotel can arrange cabs/autos for you on demand. 3. The washroom had a pungent smell similar to recycled water and we just had to live with it. Excluding these, we did not face any issue with our stay and were in no mood to vacate and come back from this cozy house nestled in the lap of nature.
